Sommerpause / Summerbreak

Liebe Blueser,

wieder einmal bedanken wir uns herzlich bei Euch und bei allen Clubs für die schönen Konzerte im Mai. Bevor es für uns nun in die Sommerpause geht, spielen wir heute noch auf dem Ribs & Blues Festival in Raalte, am Montag auf dem Open Ohr Festival in Mainz und am 30.05. in Wermelskirchen Open Air auf dem Freigelände vor dem Haus Eifgen.

Auch unser Cable Car Records Shop macht eine lange Pause im Juni. Es kann zwar weiterhin bestellt werden, verschickt wird aber dann erst wieder ab dem 01.07.2026. Alle Bestellungen, die bis zum 31.05.2026 eingehen, werden ebenfalls noch an Euch verschickt. 

Auf Euren Wunsch gibt es nun auch das Plektrum T-Shirt wieder in allen Farben und Größen, außerdem eine neue Version in der Farbe Sand mit schwarzem Plektrum Druck. Und da uns viele von Euch geschrieben haben, die noch keine LP-Version der inzwischen ausverkauften Little Big Beat Sessions bekommen haben, wird es im Laufe des Jahres hiervon eine Nachpressung geben. Welche Farbe wünscht Ihr Euch? 

Keine Nachpressung wird es von unserem neuen Live-Album 'Powerplay Sessions' geben. Die Vinyl-Ausgabe ist auf 1000 Exemplare limitiert, die CD auf 2000. 

Wir freuen uns auf alle Konzerte im Sommer & im Herbst und wir freuen uns darauf, Euch dort zu sehen! Die Tourdaten sind aktualisiert und es gibt für alle Konzerte noch Tickets.

Dear Blues Lovers,

once again, we’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and to all the clubs for the wonderful concerts in May. Before we head into our summer break, we’ll be playing today at the Ribs & Blues Festival in Raalte, on Monday at the Open Ohr Festival in Mainz, and on May 30 at the Wermelskirchen Open Air on the outdoor grounds in front of Haus Eifgen.

Our Cable Car Records shop will also be taking a long break in June. You can still place orders, but shipping will resume on July 1, 2026. All orders received by May 31, 2026, will also be shipped to you. 

As requested, the Plektrum T-shirt is now available again in all colors and sizes, plus a new version in sand with a black guitar pick print. And since many of you have written to us saying you haven’t yet received an LP version of the now-sold-out Little Big Beat Sessions, there will be a reissue of this later this year. Which color would you like? 

There will be no second press of our new live album ‘Powerplay Sessions’. The vinyl edition is limited to 1,000 copies, and the CD to 2,000. 

We’re looking forward to all the concerts this summer and fall, and we can’t wait to see you there! The tour dates have been updated, and tickets are still available for all concerts.

wir danken Euch für die vielen schönen Konzerte im März & April! Es hat uns großen Spaß gemacht, die neue Setlist für Euch zu spielen. 

Heute geht die Precious Time Tour in Augsburg im Spectrum weiter, von dort am Donnerstag nach Wels in den Schlachthof, am Freitag nach Wien in den Reigen, am Samstag nach Budapest in die Analog Music Hall und am Sonntag in die Pfarrkirche in Hochneukirchen. Wir freuen uns, Euch auf den Konzerten zu sehen. 

Ebenfalls sehr gefreut haben wir uns über Eure Fragen nach einer CD-Version unseres neuen Live-Albums und können freudig verkünden, dass wir diese nun mit einem JA beantworten können. Die Powerplay-Sessions gibt es jetzt auch auf CD, exklusiv bei uns im Cable Car Records Shop und auf den Konzerten. Auch das aktuelle Tourshirt, das wir bei unseren ersten Gigs leider noch nicht mit dabei hatten, gibt es nun im Shop. Und passend zu unserem aktuellen Live-Programm, haben wir auch das lange ausverkaufte Shirt IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR THE BAD TO BE GOOD noch einmal nachbestellt. 

Am 13.05. spielen wir ein kostenloses Konzert auf der Freilichtbühne in Mülheim an der Ruhr. In den Tourdaten findet Ihr außerdem noch viele weitere Gigs für dieses Jahr.

Dear Blues fans,

Thank you for the many wonderful concerts in March and April! We had a great time playing the new setlist for you.

Today the Precious Time Tour continues in Augsburg at the Spectrum, then on Thursday to Wels at Schlachthof, on Friday to Vienna at Reigen, on Saturday to Budapest at Analog Music Hall, and on Sunday to the parish church in Hochneukirchen. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the shows.

We were also very happy about your questions regarding a CD version of our new live album, and we’re excited to announce that the answer is now YES. The Powerplay Sessions are now also available on CD, exclusively in our Cable Car Records shop and at the concerts. The current tour shirt, which unfortunately wasn’t available at our first gigs, is now also in the shop. And to match our current live program, we’ve reissued the long sold-out shirt IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR THE BAD TO BE GOOD.

On May 13, we’ll be playing a free concert at the Freilichtbühne in Mülheim an der Ruhr. You’ll also find many more gigs for this year in the tour dates.

Happy New Year! Happy New Band! Happy New Album!

wir wünschen Euch ein Frohes Neues Jahr - wenn auch etwas verspätet! 

Hoffentlich hattet Ihr einen guten Start und seid gut drauf und glücklich. 

Ich darf mit Freude verkünden, dass ich eine neue Band habe! Gemeinsam haben wir Anfang des Jahres im Heyday Studio in Wuppertal ein komplett neues Album aufgenommen, das voraussichtlich diesen Sommer erscheint. 

Alle kommenden Konzerte werden wir nach fast 1 1/2 Jahren im Trio nun wieder im klassischen Bluesrock-Quartett spielen: 

Leon Mucke - Schlagzeug 

Gregor Sonnenberg - Bass

Dave Warmerdam - Hammond Orgel & Keys

Nächste Woche geht’s schon los und wir freuen uns sehr auf unsere ersten gemeinsamen Gigs in Aschaffenburg, Ulm, Ludwigsburg & Kaiserslautern.

Auf dem Tourplan stehen außerdem viele besondere Konzerte, auf die ich mich gefühlt schon seit Jahren freue - wir spielen zum ersten Mal auf dem Bospop Festival in Weert, nach 10 Jahren einmal wieder auf dem Ribs & Blues Festival in Raalte und im Juli auf dem legendären Blues Festival in Bellinzona. Alle aktuellen Termine findet Ihr in den Tourdaten.

Das Album heißt PRECIOUS TIME und so heißt auch die Tour für dieses Jahr.

Wir freuen uns, einen Teil dieser wertvollen Zeit mit Euch auf den Konzerten verbringen zu dürfen und hoffen, Euch alle dort zu sehen. 

Wir gehen vorher noch mal in den Proberaum und überlegen uns eine frische neue Setliste, in der hoffentlich bald auch ein paar ganz neue Nummern auftauchen werden. Darüber hinaus, sind Eure Wünsche und Vorschläge wie immer willkommen!

Dear Blues Lovers,

We wish you a Happy New Year — even if it’s a little late!

We hope you had a great start to the year and that you’re feeling good and happy.

I’m delighted to announce that I have a new band! At the beginning of the year, we went into the studio together and recorded a completely new album at Heyday Studio in Wuppertal, which is scheduled for release this summer.

After almost one and a half years of performing as a trio, all upcoming concerts will now once again be played in the classic blues-rock quartet:

Leon Mucke – drums

Gregor Sonnenberg – bass

Dave Warmerdam – Hammond organ & keys

We’re kicking things off next week and are really looking forward to our first gigs together in Aschaffenburg, Ulm, Ludwigsburg, and Kaiserslautern. The tour schedule also includes many special shows that I’ve felt excited about for years — we’ll be playing the Bospop Festival in Weert for the first time, returning to the Ribs & Blues Festival in Raalte after 10 years, and performing in July at the legendary Blues Festival in Bellinzona. You can find all current dates in the tour section.

The album is called PRECIOUS TIME, and that’s also the name of this year’s tour. We’re excited to spend some of this precious time with you at the shows and hope to see you all there.

Before that, we’ll head back into the rehearsal room to work on a fresh new setlist, which will hopefully soon include a few brand-new songs. As always, your wishes and suggestions are more than welcome!
